Typical steps of a Search Engine Optimisation Campaign
Competitor anlysis. We will look at how they are achieving their objectives and which keywords they are optimising for. Keyword analysis. We will then use a range of tools to look for appropriate targeted keywords. For each keyword we will look at the number of people using that keyword in the search engines each day and the number of websites that are optimised for that keyword. After drawing up a short list of keywords we will analysis the top websites in Google for these search terms to see how easy it would be to out rank these websites. We will then help you choose relevant keywords that have sufficient demand and are not too competitive to rank well. SEO Audit. The next step is to audit your website to look at the design of the website and see what improvements need to be made to improve the visibility of your website in the search engines. This includes: Appropriate use of Keywords in: Title, Headings, Meta Tags including Description and Keyword tags, Copy (Density, location, use of bold), Text Links, ALT image attributes. We will compare these with your competitors / top ranked website After conducting a thorough Search Engine Optimisation audit we will then provide you with a detailed report of recommendations to improve your SEO. Implement Audit recommendations. Link analysis. We will conduct and analysis of the links on your website looking at a number of factors including use of appropriate linking text. We will also analyse your competitors’ websites and see where they have linked from. We will then conduct a link building campaign targeting websites that are considered important to your keywords and industry. We do not use link farms. Search Engine Submission – We will submit your website to all of the main search engines. We will not submit to any link farms. Web Analytics. We will then monitor a range of criteria to see how the changes we have implemented are having an effect.
